Who Determines Value?

Buyers are comparing the features and benefits of your home, like age, bedrooms, baths, acreage, and ammenities, and your price, to all the other homes that are up for sale or have recently sold in the neighborhood.

Therefore, Value is determined by what a Buyer is willing to pay in today's Market based on the recent COMPS, or comparables close to your home.
